Refunds and Cancellations Policy
At Ruby Darcy Business Mentoring, our priority is to provide exceptional coaching services tailored to our clients' needs. We recognize that circumstances may arise requiring a refund or cancellation of services.

1. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

In cases of documented medical conditions or extenuating circumstances preventing the client from continuing mentoring services. This will be reviewed on a case to case basis and refund eligibility will be determined by Ruby Darcy Mentoring.

If a client is mistakenly charged for services not received.

Refunds will not be considered for any change of mind or dissatisfaction of services provided as this is expected to be communicated clearly, openly and promptly.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Clients may cancel their coaching services at any time, adhering to the following guidelines:

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or through our official communication channels after the minimum term period.

Cancellations beyond the stated minimum commitment term (outlined on individual services across our site) will not be eligible for a refund or cancellation.

For clients on ongoing coaching packages, cancellation requests will be effective at the end of the minimum commitment term and end.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee Policy:

We are dedicated to our clients' satisfaction and success. If a client is dissatisfied with our coaching services:

They must notify us within 7 days.

We will work to address their concerns and provide additional support as necessary.

Marketing and design services offer 2 revisions to create a satisfactory outcome for the client.

If the client remains unsatisfied after our efforts, they will be permitted to cancel their remaining services, however the minimum commitment terms and deposits will not be forfeited. .

4. Administrative Fees:

Administrative fees may apply to refunds and cancellations to cover processing costs. These fees will be communicated to the client during the request process.
